With a strong background in Nantucket Home construction and specilized training in Home inspection, Marc Gazaille, the sole owner and only inspector at Nantucket Home Inspection, has the experience to provide you with an expert professional inspection. EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS TO BECOME A CERTIFIED MASSACHUSETTS HOME INSPECTOR

Massachusetts has the toughest licencing laws in the country regarding home inspections, and this works in your favor.  Before receiving a licence you must go thru a very intensive training program.

Which includes.

1. Completing a state approved training class of 75 hours.  Which includes specified sections on (Structure, Roofing, Heating, Plumbing, Electrical, Interiors, Exteriors, and Insulation).
   
2. Passing the National Home Inspection exam.
   
3. Working as an apprentice under a licensed Home inspector, and perform 125 home inspections.   Most states do not have this requirement.
